France (formally the French Republic) is a country located in western Europe.

During the Arrival, two Arks landed in France. Emperor Napoleon III soon followed Britain's example and integrated the colonists into France's society as a labor force. Riots soon broke out across France as workers protested being replaced by "aliens".
Napoleon III soon began expanding Frances colonial territories, including annexing Tunis and Tripolitania from the Ottoman Empire.
